Meet Our New Team Members

Tamara Castle; Associated Bank

The HNP Board welcomed Tamara Castle from Associated Bank as a new Board member. Tamara is Assistant Vice-President CRA Residential Loan Officer at Associated Bank. She has been in the homebuying industry for 23 years. She began working for HUD Certified homebuying agencies providing homebuying counseling and education for first time homebuyers. She is currently a Take Root Milwaukee member and serves on two committees: Resource and Oversight & Homebuying Pipeline Workgroup. Tamara volunteers her time to develop and facilitate homebuyer and financial education seminars. She is dedicated to assisting individuals and families achieve their goal of accomplishment, stability, and generational wealth through homeownership.

Dawn Davis; US Bank

The BID #31 Board welcomed Dawn Davis from US Bank to the Board this year. Dawn is currently CRA Mortgage Loan Officer with US Bank Home Mortgage for the past 3 ½ years working with LMI first time buyers to purchase and refinance their current homes along with purchases and refinances throughout the SE Wisconsin communities. She has worked in the home lending field for over 25 years.

During these past 40+ years, she has shared her expertise with local communities such as Sherman Park, Harambee, Franklin Heights, Garden Homes and several other local neighborhood organizations to make homeownership a reality for Milwaukee residents.

Will Hansen: Villard BID Manager

We are excited to welcome Will Hansen to the HNP team as the new Villard Avenue BID Director. He will provide the day-to-day management of BID #19 working with all city departments, agencies, and service providers. He will oversee the BID Operating Plan and is the main point of contact for BID #19, Villard Ave.

Will is a proud alumnus of Michigan State University, having graduated with a B.S in Advertising Management, and a B.A in Political Science with a specialization in Urban Policy. He is a passionate individual who is driven to make a positive impact in communities through his work and personal pursuits.

Will has a background working amongst different communities, including Downtown Lansing Inc. and Downtown Detroit Partnership. He is a dedicated professional who is committed to promoting community and economic development.
