We are excited to announce our new home rehabilitation initiative, making affordable homes available to new homebuyers. Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership in collaboration with Havenwoods Business Improvement District is working in a variety of ways to sustain the Havenwoods community as a place that supports healthy families and a healthy neighborhood economy.
We believe that making affordable, quality housing available creates strong families and thriving communities. There are so many great reasons to become a Havenwoods community family. When you become a Havenwoods family, you can enjoy family events such as a summer concert series, resource fairs, block watch clubs, and reap the benefits of having passionate resident leadership and a strong local job market.

Part of the Havenwoods Community is designated as Neighborhood Improvement District (NID) #9. NID#9 focuses on improving neighborhood safety through homeowner reimbursement grants for purchasing Security Cameras, Lighting and completing Exterior Home Improvement projects.

Employer Assisted Homeownership Forgivable Loan
HNP has partnered with select local businesses to offer down payment assistance for employees looking to buy a home within Havenwoods. This innovative program has helped many employees become proud home owners. And the businesses involved find that the positives of a deepening connection to the community pays off tremendously. If you work for a Havenwoods business you may be eligible for a $5000.00 downpayment assistance grant.
Strategic Banking Partnerships
Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership connects homebuyers to financial institutions that can provide additional grant dollars for new homeowners. We celebrate partnerships with Associated Bank, BMO and US Bank. HNP staff can make those banking connections for you.
Business Improvement District #31
Havenwoods BID #31 is committed to the economic growth and opportunities for the residents and businesses of Havenwoods. We do this by funding projects such as daily litter clean up, creating affordable housing opportunities, providing business assistance and supporting quality of life initiatives.
